Vandal Made is an atelier built on two disciplines: hand-painting and leather tailoring. Every sneaker is hand-painted on an authentic Nike Air Force 1 sourced from an official Nike supplier — 40+ hours of brushwork per pair. Every leather jacket is handmade from Top Grain Lambskin — hand-cut, hand-stitched, and hand-painted by a single artisan. We don't print. We build wearable art, one piece at a time.
Hand-Painted Footwear.
Each pair begins with an authentic Nike Air Force 1 sourced from official suppliers, prepped and primed as a canvas. Every commission undergoes a rigorous four-stage preparation process before a single drop of paint is applied. The factory finish is chemically stripped, the leather pores are opened, and an industrial-grade adhesion promoter is layered to bond the paint at a microscopic level. This ensures that the artwork bends and flexes naturally with the shoe, making it completely crack-proof and waterproof for daily wear.
We hand-mix every pigment and apply it brush by brush — building depth through dozens of translucent layers over 40+ hours. The result is a surface you can feel. Textured brushwork, visible technique, sealed with UV-resistant varnish that outlasts the shoe itself.

Our leather jackets are not just painted — they are tailored. Each one is hand-cut from Top Grain Lambskin, stitched by a single craftsman, and then hand-painted over 60+ hours.
Available in standard sizes (S–XL) or made to your exact body measurements. The tailoring and the art are inseparable — one garment, one artisan, start to finish.
Tailored to You.
Beyond our standard sizing, we offer a full made-to-measure experience. Submit your measurements — chest, waist, shoulder, sleeve, back length — and your jacket is cut and stitched to fit your exact body before the painting begins.
No two bodies are the same. Your jacket shouldn't be either. Made-to-measure orders include a pre-production fit consultation and an 8–12 week turnaround.
The Maker's Mark.
Every jacket offers the option of a hand-painted personal signature — a name, a date, or a short phrase — permanently applied to the leather in the same paint and technique as the primary artwork.
This is not embroidery or engraving. It is brushwork, by the same hand that painted the rest of the garment.
